Step 1

Sign into the Orca Health Web Portal.

Step 2

Select Care Delivery Portal on the left-hand side of the screen.

Step 3

Select both Care Plan and the checkbox next to the patient's name. 

Step 4

Once you have selected the checkbox next to the patient's names you would like to send the Care Plan to, click Selected Patients.

Step 5

Under Care Plan Template use the search bar or drop down menu to find the diagnosis and treatment you are looking for. Select the diagnosis and treatment that best fits the patient. After selecting the Care Plan Template, you will notice that some of the remaining fields auto-populate.

Step 6

You can add and subtract any information to the remaining fields by either clicking Add next to the field you would like to add to or the X on the right side of the included information. Here you can add as many Diagnosis and Treatments to the Care Plan that you would like. 

Step 7

Select the additional information that you would like to include in the Care Plan. Select the content's name and hit submit to add the information to the Care Plan.

Step 8

You will now notice the additional information added to the Care Plan. 

Step 9

Once you have added all of the information that you would like included in the Care Plan select Send Care Plan.

Step 10

Lastly, click OK to deliver the Care Plan.
